Information for Hybrid Panel Organisers

We must insist that all participants have printed out their papers (if they are going to read them out) in advance and have either sent their PowerPoint to their panel organiser or have it on a stick (preferably both). For reasons of environmental sustainability, printing services at Cardiff University will not be available, so please have any materials printed in advance or done elsewhere. What will not be possible is allowing participants to use their own laptops for their presentations – this would make it quite impossible to run a ‘hybrid’ session and would slow everything down, such that our papers would not be in sync with those in other sessions (which is one of the aims of the conference).
